Terms & Conditions
By booking a treatment with Pebble and Polish, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all clients.
1. Bookings & Deposits

  • Appointments must be booked in advance.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment; this will be deducted from the final treatment cost.

  • Full payment is due at the end of your treatment by cash or card.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a loss of deposit.

  • No-shows may be charged the full treatment cost before future bookings can be accepted.

3. Patch Testing & Consultations

  • A patch test is required at least 24 hours before tinting or waxing services for all new clients or if 6+ months have passed since your last test.

  • All new clients must complete a health and safety consultation before their first treatment.

  • It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities.

4. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may receive a shortened treatment or be asked to reschedule.

5. Children & Guests

  • Due to health and safety and to maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we kindly request that children or guests do not attend appointments unless being treated.

6. Aftercare & Results

  • Aftercare advice will be provided to help you get the best results from your treatment.

  • Pebble and Polish cannot guarantee longevity of results if aftercare is not followed.

7. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a client behaves inappropriately or is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

8. Liability

  • All treatments are carried out to the highest professional standard. However, Pebble and Polish is not liable for any reactions or results if full and accurate information is not disclosed during your consultation.
