Refund Policy
At Pebble and Polish, we aim to ensure every client leaves feeling happy, relaxed, and well cared for. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking:
1. Treatments

We do not offer refunds for completed treatments. If you are unhappy with a service, please let us know within 48 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

In some cases, we may offer a free correction or an alternative solution at our discretion.

Results may vary depending on individual skin, hair, and nail conditions; this is not considered grounds for a refund.
2. Product Sales

Unopened retail products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange, with proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened products unless faulty.
3. Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.

If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be carried over to your next appointment.
4. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable, but may be used for any treatment or product offered.

Expiry dates are clearly marked and cannot be extended.
