Refund Policy

At Pebble and Polish, we aim to ensure every client leaves feeling happy, relaxed, and well cared for. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking:

1. Treatments

  • We do not offer refunds for completed treatments. If you are unhappy with a service, please let us know within 48 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

  • In some cases, we may offer a free correction or an alternative solution at our discretion.

  • Results may vary depending on individual skin, hair, and nail conditions; this is not considered grounds for a refund.

2. Product Sales

  • Unopened retail products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange, with proof of purchase.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened products unless faulty.

3. Deposits & Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.

  • If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be carried over to your next appointment.

4. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable, but may be used for any treatment or product offered.

  • Expiry dates are clearly marked and cannot be extended.
